Newsletters
From time to time, PGR Creations will send a Website Promoter newsletter to our customers. The intent of the newsletter is to keep customers informed about opportunities to increase website traffic and for increasing sales. In addition, contemporary issues are frequently dealt with, including topics such as email management, Spam, useful software, and new optional features available for your website.
Customers of PGR Creations are automatically added to the mailing list. Other interested persons may sign up below:
Subscribers not wishing to receive PGR Creations' The Website Promoter newsletters may opt-out by clicking the appropriate link at the bottom of the email or by contacting PGR Creations directly and requesting removal.
Remote Assistance
Clients requiring direct assistance can take advantage of our remote assistance capability. Contact us to set up a date and time for assistance. For many problems, this is a free service for our customers. Download the appropriate Teamviewer file below, unzip and install the software.

Computer Help
PGR Creations is pleased to offer our clients assistance with computer problems (hardware, software), networking assistance, purchase of new computer, computer and software solution recommendations. If you have internet access and require help with software or operating system issues, we may be able to assist remotely saving you time and money. Contact us to set up a date and time. Download the appropriate Teamviewer file below, unzip and install the software.
Billing Help
Billing for services performed by PGR Creations is done on a monthly basis. Invoices are typically mailed at the beginning of each month. Services are charged at the then current hourly rate and billed in 15-minute increments. Web site builds are typically charged on a project-by-project basis with no hourly rate fees, unless otherwise stated in the signed proposal.
Bill payment is expected by the due date, typically the 25th of the month in which the bill was sent. A finance charge of 1.25% (annual rate 15%) of the unpaid balance will be added to any account unpaid after the due date unless prior arrangments have been made. A minimum finance charge of $2.50 will be assessed.
Customers interested in receiving a discount on their fees are encouraged to inquire about automatic payments via a scheduled payment plan. See below for additional detail.
One-Time Payments
To pay your bill online, use our convenient payment form. Select "Single Payment of a Bill" to make a one-time payment. We use PayPal as our payment handler. See below if you need to set up a scheduled recurring payment for hosting or site maintenance.
Scheduled / Recurring Payments
PGR Creations customers can set up a monthly, quarterly or annual payment plan where a charge to a credit card or bank account is made automatically at the interval specified. Because this option eliminates paperwork, a discount is offered if such an option is chosen.
A scheduled payment plan is offered for hosting and/or maintenance fees. To set up a scheduled payment plan, contact PGR Creations for instructions specific to your account.
To cancel a scheduled payment plan, contact PGR Creations. Cancellation can generally be done in the same day as when notification is received.
