By visiting the PGRCREATIONS.COM website or any other websites operated by PGR CREATIONS, LLC. (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to accept the practices described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice, please do not use the Site. Each time you use the Site, you should check the date of this Privacy Notice (which appears above) and review any changes that have been made since your last visit to the Site.

PGR Creations has developed relationships with our customers based on respect and integrity. We are aware of the trust and confidence you demonstrate when you visit the Site and provide us with information. This Privacy Notice is posted to demonstrate our leadership in online security and customer service practices. We treat your information with the honesty and sensitivity you would expect from PGR Creations.

Personal Information

PGRCREATIONS.COM uses information that we collect from our visitors and customers. We gather the following types of information:

Information You Give to Us
We Collect Personal Information that is provided by Site users. “Personal Information” may include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and IP address. Personal Information is collected when you establish an account with us, place an order on the Site, or when you communicate with any of our departments such as customer service, sales or technical services through the Site, telephone or mail.

Cookies
Through the use of cookies, we may also collect and analyze the IP address used to connect your computer to the Internet; computer and connection information such as your browser type and version; operating system and platform; confirmation when you open e-mail that we send you; and the URLs which lead you to and around the Site including the date and time. You can generally set your browser to reject cookies or to notify you when you are sent a cookie. Software is also available from third parties which will allow you to visit the Site without providing this information. You are welcome to use the Site if you use such software.

Orders
If you place an order through the Site, you will be required to provide contact, billing, and payment information.

Email Newsletter Subscriptions
Upon hiring PGR CREATIONS for work on your site, you will automatically be added to PGR CREATIONS' newsletter mailing list, unless you opt-out of receiving such communications. We use a confirmation process that allows you to unsubscribe if you decide you no longer wish to be a member of the list. Furthermore, the confirmation email will alert you if someone else has entered your email address into our email newsletter subscription list. In order to make our email newsletters more relevant and useful to you, our servers may receive a confirmation when you open an email message from PGRCREATIONS.COM.

Use of Information

We use this information in an effort to provide services to you and to communicate with you about information that you request.

Credit Card Companies
If you make an online payment through the Site, the Personal Information you provide is transmitted to your credit card company to verify and authorize your payment. Information such as your credit (or debit) card or bank account number, CVV, and expiration date is handled by PayPal, our third party credit card processor, and is not shared with PGR CREATIONS. Only your name, address, phone number, email address and amount of the transaction is shared with PGR CREATIONS.

Children and Privacy

The Site is a general audience website and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 13 and has submitted Personal Information without verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable information from our files. We understand that children may not fully understand all of the provisions of this Privacy Notice or make informed decisions about the choices that are made available to adult users of the Site. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time with their children online and to be familiar with the websites they visit. PGRCREATIONS.COM does not knowingly sell products to persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you are required seek the consent of your parent or guardian to purchase products from the Site.

Billing Policy

BILLING METHODS

PGR Creations sends electronic or mailed invoices at the beginning of each month. Discounts are available to clients wishing to take advantage of electronic forms of billing and/or pay annual fees for hosting, maintenance, etc. Clients typically have until the 25th of the month to pay their bill. Payment may be mailed to PGR Creations, 4884 Krestridge Court East, Bargersville, Indiana 46106 or paid online.

It is expected that clients will pay their bill in full by the due date unless prior arrangements have been made.

PAYMENT METHODS

PGR Creations accepts payments via the following methods:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card - Credit cards (transactions handled by PayPal)
PayPal
eCheck (transaction handled by PayPal)
Handwritten check

LATE PAYMENTS, ACCOUNTS WITH OUTSTANDING BALANCE

A monthly periodic finance charge of 1.25% may be added to your account if you are late with your payment or maintain an outstanding balance without prior consent by PGR Creations. See Policy Change Announcement.

BILLING ISSUES & YOUR RIGHTS

If you think your bill is wrong, or if you need more information about a charge on your bill, email or call PGR Creations as soon as possible. You do not have to pay any amount in question while we investigate your concern. However, you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question.

Web Development Policy

WEB DESIGN & BUILD ORDER CANCELLATION

A retainer in the amount of 30% of the projected cost is typically requested to secure the services of PGR Creations and for account set up. At the completion of the project and launch of the web site, the retainer is applied to the final amount due. If you choose to terminate the project prior to project completion, the retainer is fully refundable within two weeks of acceptance of the proposal. One‐half (50%) of the retainer is refundable within one month. After one month, the retainer is not refundable.

In the course of developing a web site for you, the purchase and installation of third party software or other aids may be necessary to provide certain functionality for the site. Such software or aid will remain the property of PGR Creations and the cost for such software or aid may be deducted from your refund at PGR Creations' discretion.

Completion Guarantee
If PGR Creations is unable to deliver a launched and functioning project as promised due to illness, incapacity, or inability, the retainer and any milestone payments provided are fully refundable. For other situations that are not the fault of PGR Creations, depending on the cause, the retainer may or may not be refundable in whole or in part at PGR Creations’ discretion.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be satisfied with your web site. After receiving your approval of the web design draft, we develop your web site based on your choices. (a) If, however, during the development you change your mind and wish to have a different design, we will charge you for the amount of work completed. A new work order and fee structure will then be created for the new design. (b) If your web site is defective (that is, it does not perform according to specifications) and PGR Creations is unable to fix the problem to your satisfaction, we will either contract with a third-party at our expense to make the necessary revisions, or reimburse you (or credit your account) for the defective part.

SHIPPING POLICY

PGR CREATIONS creates digital web products. These products are not shipped.

SITE MAINTENANCE

PGR Creations typically provides up to 3 months site maintenance following launch of the web site at no cost to our clients. Site maintenance is defined as revising, repairing existing web pages, and assisting with the maintenance of databases, if they exist. Site maintenance does not include the creation of new web pages.

After the free maintenance period, you may elect to maintain your own web site, sign up for a monthly maintenance plan through PGR Creations, or request changes on an as‐needed‐basis. PGR Creations will offer a maintenance plan based on the initial 3 month experience.
