We also know how critical rapid support can be if you do encounter a problem.

Our servers feature hardware RAID5 support and have at least four individual hot-swappable SCSI hard disks for redundancy, including one local backup disk which is not part of the RAID array. This means that in the event of a hard disk failure you should experience no system downtime or loss of data.

Server-side antivirus protection is provided for both inbound and outbound email in addition to all uploaded files. Virus definitions list are updated hourly to help protect you against the latest virus threats. You are protected wherever you check your email.

Full off-site remote backups are captured twice per week to provide our clients with extra peace of mind that their important data is safe. Off-site backups are captured in addition to daily local backups.
